Tiny Critters, Big Jobs
Gallery Talks & ToursWednesday, July 23, 2025, 11am – 1pm EDT

Description
They are tiny, but plankton power the planet! In life, these ocean critters create the oxygen we breathe and feed the food web. When they die, plankton sink to the seafloor, where they preserve a time capsule of Earth’s changing climate.
Come learn more about Earth’s unseen engineers and historians – they help us survive and understand how our planet works!
