Dr. Wendy Wiswall is primarily responsible for overseeing science operations at the National Museum of Natural History in a variety of arenas, most importantly finances and staffing as well as the peer review process for Museum curators. She acts as primary advisor to the Associate Director for Science in research policies, procedures and reporting. Wendy came to the museum in 1994 as a program assistant in the same office and her responsibilities have grown as the office itself has expanded in scope. Wendy received her PhD in linguistics in 1991 from the University of Arizona, Tucson.
