Curatorial Discipline

As a museum specialist, I provide research and collections support for research scientist and curator of Lepidoptera, Dr. Scott Miller, on his various projects, including food webs in Papua New Guinea and DNA barcode library building.

Research Interests

My personal research interests lie in the relationships between ants of the subtribe Attina, their mutualistic fungus, and other nest symbionts such as Escovopsis (Ascomycota: Pezizomycotina: Hypocreales) and black yeasts (Ascomycota: Chaetothyriales, Capnodiales, Venturiaceae).
