Acting Assistant Director of Information Technology
Dennis Hasch as has been with NMNH since 1999 and has over 35 years of IT and related online systems management experience. Currently serving as Acting Assistant Director for IT and as Chief of Web Services, he leads a diverse group of IT professionals who provide technical support and strategy guidance to the NMNH community. Beyond these roles he also participates on multiple pan-institutional digital initiatives including serving as a core member of the SI Strategic Plan (Our Shared Future) implementation team under the SI Office of the Deputy Secretary. He is also a member of the Smithsonian Community Committee (SCC) which sponsors community programs and events such as the staff picnic, photo contest and art show. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
