Daniel MacGuigan

Affiliate Research Biologist, NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service

I am a Research Biologist with the National Systematics Lab in the NOAA National Marine Fisheries Service based at NMNH. I utilize bioinformatics expertise to help build voucher-based eDNA reference databases and develop genomics workflows. I also have a broad interest in systematics, speciation, and ichthyology.  My research integrates genomic, morphological, and ecological data to answer questions guided by natural history.
