NATURE PHOTOGRAPHERS travel the globe to document the beauty and diversity of its farthest reaches. The images they bring home awaken our desire to explore, understand, and conserve the natural world for the generations that will follow us. Through today's technology, photographs may be made and viewed instantly and transmitted through online media portals. These are valuable resources for sharing experiences and information quickly, but for the most dynamic and accurate display of nature, nothing rivals a large-format print. Epson large format printer with a print of award-winning photograph of a green bright-eyed frog by Simone Sbaraglia Like a painting, a print allows us to view the vivid intensity of a scene and examine its details again and again. From the moment the camera shutter is opened in the field, the image begins its journey through digital corridors that involve computer programs and state-of-the-art printing technology. Using these tools to integrate art and science, we present this exhibition of images and stories and welcome your participation.
