Sargassum is an alga that permeates the open ocean across the world. It supports animals like dolphins, sea turtles, seabirds, crabs, and fish. However, in the last decade, Sargassum began accumulating in large amounts on Caribbean shores. Come to learn more about these accumulations events that impact local shores, fish, and tourism!
