Watch a panel discussion about the documentary, "Galapagos, Hope for the Future," which highlights the work currently being done in the Galapagos and the efforts and scientific research of the Charles Darwin Foundation and the Galapagos National Park Directorate to support the conservation of the islands. Dr. Peter Kramer, biologist and General Assembly Member of the Charles Darwin Foundation, moderates this discussion with the filmmaker, Evert Van Den Bos, and scientists Dr. Ilka Feller and Francesca Cunninghame, who work on the Charles Darwin Foundation's Mangrove Finch Project in the Galapagos. Learn more about the making of the film, what we know about the rare Mangrove Finches and their unique environment, and the efforts by the Smithsonian, Charles Darwin Foundation, and the Galapagos National Park Directorate to preserve these important ecosystems.
