Bill Hoffman has been the Manager and Head Aquarist for the Smithsonian Marine Ecosystems Exhibit (SMEE) in Florida from the day the aquarium opened its doors to the public in November 2000.

Bill's career has evolved over the years, from working at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History to managing a team of educators, aquarists, and volunteers at SMEE.
