Webinar: Natural History at Home – Tylosaurus Story Time

Archived Webinar

The Zoom webinar with Museum Educator Gale Robertson and Paleontologist Laura Soul aired June 20, 2020, as part of the Natural History at Home series. Watch a recording in the player above.

Description

During this program, families will explore the question, "How do we know what we know about animals that lived long ago and are no longer alive today? How do we know about the habitats they lived in?" Paleontologist Laura Soul reads Tylosaurus, a book about an extinct large marine reptile written by Gerry Bailey and illustrated by Karen Carr. After the reading, Laura shares an art activity you can do at home.
