Great Mormon (Papilio memnon)

Geographic Distribution: Asia.
 
Wingspan: 120-150 mm.
 
Larval host plants: Citrus spp., other Rutaceae.
 
Habits: Tropical forest.
 
Identification: An impressive large swallowtail. Females especially are polymorphic. Base color is black, often with a red triangle on the forewing where these attach to the thorax. Hindwings are scalloped, with or without tails.
