Conservation Status: Data Deficient.

Harvest mice are nocturnal and are safer from owls on dark, moonless nights. Scientists have observed some species foraging most actively between sunset and midnight. They eat seeds, herbs, grasses, and small insects and other invertebrates, depending on what is available.

Range: Head and Body: 50-145 mm Tail: 45-115 mm

Range: 6-20 g
