Osgood’s Deermouse

Order: Rodentia
Family: Cricetidae

Very little is known about Osgood's Deermouse. It has been found at elevations of 1,200 to 1,400 m, among large boulders and tree roots.

It is very similar morphologically to Peromyscus deermice, but DNA analysis suggests it is distinct.
