Hairy Big-eyed Bat

Conservation Status: Least Concern.


Although Hairy Big-eyed Bats are found in all kinds of lowland forests, and in orchards and clearings, very little is known about them. They are sometimes caught in mist nets stretched over streams or ponds.

Range: 15-28 g
