Capybara (Hydrochaeris hydrochaeris)
The world’s largest living rodents, capybaras graze on grasses growing near rivers and lakes. Their eyes, nose, and ears are situated high on their heads, allowing them to see, breathe, and hear while the rest of their body is underwater. They can stay underwater for up to five minutes at a time!
